Allahabad High Court

PAWAN KUMARversusNIDHI BANSAL DIRECTOR (ADMINISTRATION) MEDICAL & HEALTH

Decided

Holding

The order of the Writ Court was substantially complied with, so the contempt application is dismissed.

Summary

Pawan Kumar filed a contempt application alleging that Nidhi Bansal willfully defied the order dated 23 June 2026 in Writ‑A No. 9157 of 2026. The Court required notice to the opposite party, but the applicant’s standing counsel appeared and produced the instructions and a copy of the order dated 23 September 2026 that decided the applicant’s claim. The High Court examined whether the order had been complied with and concluded that it was substantially complied with. Consequently, the contempt application was consigned to the record, effectively dismissing it. The instructions were ordered to be served on the applicant’s counsel and were taken on record as Appendix ‘A’.
