Summary
The applicant, M/s Splash Enterprises, filed a contempt application against Shri P.N. Upadhyay, Zonal Manager of Indian Bank, alleging non‑compliance with a writ order dated 27‑02‑2025. The bank appeared before the court and filed an affidavit of compliance, stating that the writ order had been complied with, as reflected in paragraph 12 of the affidavit.
