Holding
The contempt application is dismissed as the writ order has been complied with.
Summary
The Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Prashant Kumar, filed a contempt application against the applicant, Suneel Chauhan, alleging non‑compliance with a writ order. The magistrate submitted an exemption application and a compliance affidavit, indicating that the restoration application had been decided on 10‑Nov‑2025 and the writ order was complied with before a bailable warrant could be issued. The standing counsel explained that the compliance could not be brought to the court’s notice earlier and that a show‑cause notice had already been issued to the Naib Tehsildar. The court examined the affidavit and annexed documents and found that the writ order had indeed been fulfilled. Consequently, the court dismissed the contempt application and discharged the bailable warrant.
