2. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that he does not wish to press
the present criminal appeal and, in this regard, has made an endorsement
on the memo of appeal seeking withdrawal of the present criminal appeal.
The present criminal appeal is yet not admitted.
3. In view of the aforesaid submission and the endorsement made by
learned counsel for the appellant, the present criminal appeal is dismissed
as withdrawn.
