                                    Court No. - 47
                                                          HON'BLE RAJIV GUPTA, J.
                                                          HON'BLE DEVENDRA SINGH-I, J.

                                         1. Heard Ms. Priya Saroj, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned
AGA for the State and perused the record.

                                         2. At the very outset, learned A.G.A. has pointed out that in the instant
case, the investigation has already been concluded and a final report has
been forwarded in favour of the petitioners.

                                         3. Learned counsel for the petitioners could not dispute the aforesaid fact
but states that he does not want to press this writ petition and seeks to
                                         withdraw it.

                                         4. Learned AGA has no objections.

                                         5. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
