The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Summary

The petitioners filed a criminal miscellaneous writ petition before the Allahabad High Court seeking relief against the State. During the hearing, the second petitioner disclosed that he had already been arrested and expressed a desire to withdraw the petition. Both the Additional Government Advocate and the counsel for the fourth respondent raised no objection to the withdrawal.
