Holding

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Summary

The petitioner, Bhaskar Sahu, filed a criminal miscellaneous writ petition in the Allahabad High Court. After the investigation concluded, a charge-sheet was filed against him on 17 July 2026. The petitioner subsequently informed the court that he no longer wished to pursue the writ and sought to withdraw it, requesting liberty to approach the appropriate forum later. The State's Additional Government Advocate had no objection to the withdrawal. The court, noting the petitioner's clear intention and the lack of opposition, dismissed the writ petition as withdrawn, granting the petitioner liberty to approach the appropriate forum at a later stage.
