The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to approach an appropriate forum later.

Summary

Petitioners Chandan Yadav and others filed a criminal miscellaneous writ petition before the Allahabad High Court challenging the investigation and charge sheet filed against them. The State informed the court that the investigation was complete and charge sheets had been submitted on 18 March 2025 and 18 October 2025. Petitioners' counsel did not contest this fact but expressed a desire to withdraw the petition, reserving the right to approach another forum later. The court accepted the withdrawal request.
