Summary
The juvenile revisionist filed a criminal revision seeking to set aside the order of the Juvenile Judge and the Juvenile Justice Board dated 27.02.2025 and 25.08.2025, which had convicted the juvenile under sections of the B.N.S. and the Arms Act. The revisionist's counsel later moved that the revision be dismissed as withdrawn. The High Court considered the request to withdraw the revision and found no merit in proceeding further.
