Sri Kundan Rai, learned counsel for the applicant states that the parties have
arrived at a settlement, and in view thereof the applicant does not wish to
pursue the transfer application any further and seeks withdrawal of the same.
It is submitted that an application seeking withdrawal of the transfer
application, supported by the affidavit of the applicant, is on record.
Ms. Shubhra Sharma, learned Advocate holding brief of Sri Alok Krishan
Tripathi, counsel appearing for the opposite party states that she has no
objection.
The transfer application stands dismissed accordingly.
