Holding

The petition is dismissed as there is no illegality in the relieving and transfer orders.

Summary

Shyam Narayan Yadav filed a writ petition in the Allahabad High Court challenging a relieving order and a transfer order issued by the State of Uttar Pradesh, alleging that he was not relieved within ten days of the transfer. The petitioner contended that the delay rendered the orders illegal and sought their quash. The Court examined the petition and the record, noting that the relief sought was misconceived. It found no illegality in the impugned orders. Consequently, the Court held that the petition lacked merit. The petition was dismissed.

                                    2. The instant writ petition has been filed challenging the reliving order as
well as transfer order on the ground that the petitioner has not been relieved
within ten days from the transfer order and therefore, both the orders may be

                                    3. Prayer made in the petition is misconceived as well as I do not find any

                                    4. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
