Holding

The Court directed the Registrar to consider and decide the petitioner's representation within one month and disposed of the writ petition.

Summary

The petitioner, Suman Lata, filed a writ petition seeking mandamus directing the Registrar (Respondent No.2) to reconsider her request for extension of work on a contract service basis and to decide a representation filed on 31-08-2026 within the stipulated time.
