1. Heard Sri Vashishtha Dhar Shukla, learned counsel for the petitioner
and Sri Gaurav Singh, learned Standing Counsel for the State.
2. The instant petition has been filed praying for the following relief:
"i. Issue a writ, order, or direction in the nature of certiorari to
call the record and to quash the order dated 15.09.2015 passed
by the respondent no.3 by which the respondent no.3 cancel the
promotion of the petitioner on the post of head clerk Khand
Shiksha Adhikari, Nagar Khetra Aligarh.
ii. Issue a writ, order, or direction in the nature of mandamus
directing the respondents to promote the petitioner on the post
of head clerk Khand Shiksha Adhikari, Nagar Khetra Aligarh."
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions received, seeks to
withdraw the instant petition, therefore, the instant petition is dismissed as
withdrawn.
