The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
Summary
Shambhu Saran filed a writ petition before the Allahabad High Court seeking a mandamus directing the State of Uttar Pradesh and others to pass an order for payment of the third Assured Career Progression benefit and leave encashment for 300 days. The petitioner claimed entitlement to these benefits and asked the court to fix a time‑frame for the order. The petition was later presented by the petitioner’s counsel for withdrawal. The State’s standing counsel raised no objection to the withdrawal. Consequently, the court dismissed the writ petition as withdrawn, without addressing the merits of the claim.
