by this Court in Shanker Prasad Yadav and others vs. State of U.P.
and others, 2026:AHC:68346, therefore, this writ petition may be
disposed of in terms of aforesaid judgment.
3. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of in terms of judgment
passed by this Court in Shanker Prasad Yadav (supra).
