Allahabad High Court

ANURADHA SAXENA AND ANOTHERversusSTATE OF U.P. AND 3 OTHERS

Decided

Holding

The petition is disposed of in terms of the earlier judgment Ritu Singh & Ors. v. State of U.P. & Ors.

Summary

Petitioners Anuradha Saxena and another filed a writ petition before the Allahabad High Court against the State of Uttar Pradesh and three others. The petitioners' counsel argued that the matter was already decided by the Court in Ritu Singh & Ors. v. State of U.P. & Ors., 2025 AHC 176959. The Court examined the submissions and found the present petition to be squarely covered by the earlier judgment. Consequently, the Court disposed of the writ petition by referring to the precedent. No new legal issues were addressed beyond the application of the prior decision.
