The petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
Summary
The petitioner, Somai, filed a writ petition in the Allahabad High Court. The court issued a notice on 5 December 2025 directing the petitioner to engage another counsel. Subsequent office reports dated 10 February, 25 March, and 18 April 2026 indicated that no undelivered cover was returned and no vakalatnama was filed on the petitioner's behalf. Consequently, the court deemed the notice sufficient and, finding no representation for the petitioner, dismissed the petition for want of prosecution. The interim order, if any, was vacated.
