Allahabad High Court

SRIKANT TRIPATHI AND 2 OTHERSversusSTATE OF U.P. AND 9 OTHERS

Decided

Holding

The Court directed the Board of Revenue, Allahabad to decide the pending second appeal expeditiously, preferably within six months.
