1. Mr. Himanshu Srivastava, learned advocate appears on behalf of
petitioner. He hands up order dated 28th July, 2026 disposing of Writ-C
no.27622 of 2026 (Shri Jitendra Pratap Singh Yadav v. State of U.P. and
4 others) to submit, his client's challenge is covered thereby.
2. Dr. Rajeshwar Tripathi, learned advocate, Chief Standing Counsel appears
on behalf of State. On query he submits, the writ petition stands covered.
3. In view of aforesaid, we dispose of the writ petition as covered by order
dated 28th July, 2026 (supra). Accordingly we direct stay of operation of
impugned order till 10th October, 2026, within which time the appellate
authority is directed to deal with, at least, petitioner's stay application.
Petitioner will communicate certified copy of this order to respondent no.2
(the Commissioner/appellate authority) forthwith, by 24th September, 2026.
Parties and the Commissioner to act on website copy in the mean time.
