Summary
The petitioner, Sumit Kumar, filed a writ petition seeking a direction to the Branch Manager of H.D.F.C. Bank to act on a representation dated 29 August 2026. The petitioner alleged that the bank had not taken appropriate action on his representation. No opposition was filed by the respondents.
