Allahabad High Court
KISHORE KUMAR AGRAWAL AND ANOTHERversusSTATE OF U.P. AND 2 OTHERS
- Decided
Holding
The Court directed that the pending objection be decided in accordance with law after hearing the rival parties, preferably within twelve weeks.
Summary
Petitioners filed a writ petition seeking a direction to the State of U.P. and other respondents to decide an objection dated 09-08-2026 that was pending before the Deputy Registrar, Firms, Societies and Chits, Agra Region. The petitioners argued that the objection had remained unresolved and requested the court to order an expeditious decision after hearing the rival parties. The learned Standing Counsel raised no objection to the prayer. The Court, after hearing counsel, disposed of the writ petition by directing that the pending objection, if still unresolved, be decided in accordance with law after hearing the parties, preferably within twelve weeks. No substantive merits of the objection were examined; the order was purely procedural.
