Allahabad High Court
M/S HC INFRACITY PVT LTDversusSTATE OF U.P. AND 2 OTHERS
- Decided
Holding
The High Court directed the revisional authority to pass a reasoned order based on the record and written submissions by 28 September 2026.
Summary
The petitioners, represented by counsel Tanmay Sadh, sought the disposal of their writ petition on the ground that both parties were before the revisional authority in Lucknow and had undertaken to submit written arguments. The State, through counsel Shyam Singh, agreed that the revisional authority would issue a reasoned order by 28 September 2026 based on the material and submissions. The court noted the mutual assurance and directed that the revisional authority be allowed to pass its final order on the basis of the available record and written submissions. No substantive merits of the underlying dispute were addressed; the order was purely procedural. Consequently, the writ petition was disposed of, with a directive for the revisional authority to deliver its order by the stipulated date.
