                                    अधिकारी, जनपद रायबरेली व अन्य, रिट याचिका सं. 1793 (MB)/2008, निर्णीत दिनांक
                                    17.08.2010 में पारित निर्णय में निर्धारित किया गया है। इस स्तर पर, इस न्यायालय की एक
                                    खण्डपीठ द्वारा हाल में दिए गए एक अंतरिम आदेश को भी ध्यान देता हूँ, जिसके द्वारा बैजंथ (
                                    उपर्युक्त) के निर्णय के प्रस्तर 47 तथा 49 पर अंतरिम रोक लगा दी गई है। (देखें उत्तर प्रदेश
