सं० 2 उत्तराखंड राज्य के निवासी हैं तथा वर्तमान में याचीगण एक-दूसरे के साथ उत्तराखंड में
निवासरत हैं। अतः वह वर्तमान याचिका पर बल नहीं देना चाहते एवं वापस लेना चाहते हैं।
3. विद्वान मुख्य स्थायी अधिवक्ता को कोई आपत्ति नहीं है।
4. तद्नुसार वर्तमान याचिका वापस लिये जाने के आधार पर निरस्त की जाती है।
5. इस याचिका में यदि कोई प्रमाणित प्रति हो, तो उसे नियमानुसार वापस किया जाय।
