है एवं याचिका के शपथपत्र के प्रस्तर सं० 6 एवं संलग्न आधारकार्ड में भी अपनी जन्मतिथि
18.02.2006 अंकित करायी गयी है, किन्तु विवाह के पंजीयन हेतु ऑनलाइन आवेदन के
समय याची सं० 2 द्वारा अपनी जन्मतिथि 18.02.2005 अंकित की गयी है, जो अपने आप
में विरोधात्मक है।
3. दौरान बहस, याचीगण के विद्वान अधिवक्ता द्वारा कथन किया गया कि वह वर्तमान याचिका
पर बल नहीं देना चाहते एवं वापस लेना चाहते हैं।
4. विद्वान मुख्य स्थायी अधिवक्ता को कोई आपत्ति नहीं है।
5. तद्नुसार, इस स्तर पर वर्तमान याचिका वापस लिये जाने के आधार पर निरस्त की जाती है।
6. इस याचिका में यदि कोई प्रमाणित प्रति हो, तो उसे नियमानुसार वापस किया जाय।
