The writ petition is disposed of with liberty granted to the petitioner to pursue his case before the concerned authority.
Summary
Petitioner Sher Bahadur Singh filed a writ petition seeking relief concerning the transfer of a Fair Price Shop licence that had been issued to his uncle. He requested that the court allow him to continue pursuing the matter before the appropriate administrative authority. Counsel for the petitioner argued that the petition could be disposed of while granting such liberty. The court, without examining the merits of the licence transfer issue, disposed of the writ petition and granted the petitioner liberty to approach the concerned authority.
