Holding
The Court permitted the petitioner to file an appeal under Section 18 of the Arms Act, 1959, and disposed of the writ petition with that liberty.
Summary
Petitioner Yash Pundhir filed a writ petition before the Allahabad High Court challenging an order passed against him under the Arms Act, 1959. The petitioner sought liberty to file an appeal under Section 18 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner, Sanjeev Kumar Pandey, submitted that such liberty should be granted. The Court considered the submission and, without delving into the merits of the impugned order, allowed the petition to be disposed with liberty to file the appeal.
