Allahabad High Court

ASHOK KUMARversusDISTRICT JUDGE, DISTRICT BIJNOR AND ANOTHER

Decided

Holding

No further orders are required; the petition is consigned to the record.

Summary

Ashok Kumar obtained an acquittal from the District Judge, Bijnor, and subsequently received a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the police to obtain a passport. He filed Criminal Miscellaneous Writ Petition No. 25436 of 2025 before the Allahabad High Court seeking further relief. The petitioners, represented by Lokesh Kumar Dwivedi and Rajneesh Tiwari, submitted the acquittal order and police NOC as evidence. The Court examined whether any additional direction was necessary beyond the acquittal and NOC. Finding that the petitioner already possessed the requisite legal clearances, the Court held that no further orders were required. Consequently, the petition was consigned to the record without any further direction.
