2. आवेदक के िव्षान अिधव्वा एवं िव्षान अपर शासकीय अिधव्वा को सुना तथा प्ऴावली
का पिरशीलन िकया।
3. आवेदक के िव्षान अिधव्वा का कथन है िक आवेदकगण ्षारा इस न्यायालय में धारा 528
बी.एन.एस.एस. के अन्तगर्त यह वाद दायर करके उपरो्व वाद में आवेदक के िवरु्ध िनगर्त
िदनांिकत उपरो्व एन०बी०डब्लू० अिधप्ऴों/आदेशों को अपास्त करने का अनुरोध िकया गया
है।
4. िव्षान अपर शासकीय अिधव्वा ्षारा उनके तकॏल का ्ऺबल िवरोध िकया गया।
5. आवेदक के िव्षान अिधव्वा ने पुनः यह अऩुरोध िकया िक यह आवेदन प्ऴ, िवचारण
न्यायालय ्षारा आवेदक के िवरू्ध िनगर्त एन०बी०डब्लू०, आदेश िद० 23.03.2026 के िवरू्ध
दायर िकया गया है तथा िनयत ितिथ पर आवेदक के िवचारण न्यायालय में अनुपिस्थत हो जाने
के कारण उनके िवरु्ध उपरो्व एन०बी०डब्लू० जारी कर िदया गया है, अब आवेदक अवर
न्यायालय में िनयत ितिथ पर उपिस्थत होने को तत्पर हैं।
6. आवेदक के िव्षान अिधव्वा के अनुरोध के दृि्िगत यह आवेदन प्ऴ इस समुि्व के साथ
अिन्तम रूप से िनस्तािरत िकया जाता है िक यिद आवेदक आज से 15 िदन के अन्दर संबंिधत
िवचारण न्यायालय में उपिस्थत होकर आत्मसमपर्ण करते हैं तथा जमानत आवेदन प्ऴ ्ऺस्तुत
करते हैं, तो उनके जमानत आवेदन प्ऴ का िनस्तारण िनयमानुसार िकया जाएगा।
7. उपरो्व वाद में पािरत सभी कायर्वाही एन०बी०डब्लू० का ि्वयान्वयन आज से 15 िदन के
िलए सुषुप्तावस्था में रहेगी।
