Allahabad High Court

KALIKA PRASADversusRATAN MOHAN AGARWAL

Decided
Disposal
Disposed off/Decided on merits

Holding

The court held that there was no basis to interfere with the earlier orders and dismissed the petition.

Summary

Kalika Prasad filed a writ petition (No. 18756 of 2019) challenging the High Court's order that released the landlord and dismissed the tenant's appeal. The petitioner failed to appear before the court even after a revised call. The court noted that factual findings had already been recorded in favour of the landlord. Consequently, the court found no ground for interference with the earlier orders. The petition was therefore dismissed and the order communicated to the concerned court.
