ISHWAR SARAN SINGH AND 7 OTHERSversusSTATE OF U.P. AND 4 OTHERS

Decided

Holding

The Court held that it will not opine on the merits but directs the District Magistrate to process the petitioners' representation in accordance with law and the Government Order within three months.

Summary

The petitioners filed a writ petition seeking a direction to the District Magistrate of Mau to examine and decide their representation dated 29 September 2022 in light of a Government Order dated 14 June 2024 issued by the Special Secretary, U.P.
