The District Magistrate/ Collector, Gorakhpur has issued a revised
character certificate dated 04.09.2026.
In this view of the matter, no further orders are required to be made in this
petition. It is, however, made clear that in view of the above, the
petitioner may challenge the order dated 21.08.2026 suspending the
petitioner's contract passed by the Divisional Food Controller, Azamgarh
Division, Azamgarh.
Subject to the above liberty and remarks, this petition is consigned to
record.
