Summary

The Sabji Aadhti Association filed a writ petition (WRIT‑C No. 61147 of 2014) seeking a direction to respondent No. 6 to decide a representation dated 27 January 2026. The petitioners, through counsel D.R. Chaudhary, requested the court to order the respondent to act on the representation within a reasonable time. Counsel for respondents No. 2‑6, appearing through Gaurang Dwivedi, raised no objection to the prayer. The Court permitted the petitioners to implead any necessary parties and directed respondent No. 6 to decide the representation within eight weeks of receiving a certified copy of the order.
